TicketCount™ - Market Monitoring Panel:
An individual consumer panel project developed by KA Research Limited to monitor out of home eating habits in specific markets of the countries. The first implementation of TicketCount was in Turkey in 2003, KA Research Limited will implement this program in other Middle East and Africa Countries over the time.
NCSI™ – National Customer Satisfaction Index:
A National Economic Indicator that measures customer and citizen satisfaction for the quality of goods and services that are purchased in the country; constructed using a special model of customer evaluation system. The project has been developed by KA Research Limited in cooperation; under the license of ACSI-American Customer Satisfaction Index and NQRC-National Quality Research Center – University of Michigan.
The first implementation of the NCSI was in Turkey in 2005, KA Research Limited will implement this program in other Middle East and Africa Countries over the time.
