Dr. Steven Kull, Director of the Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA), at University of Maryland and Director of WorldPublicOpinion.org offered testimony before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights, and Oversight.
Dr.Kull based his testimony upon to data collected and analyzed from several polls conducted between 2006 and 2008. A number of the polls referred to were conducted by KA Research Limited and D3 Systems for their various clients during this period.
For the testimony, Dr. Kull relied most heavily on data from a February 2008 poll conducted by KA Research Limited and D3 Systems for a consortium of news outlets led by ABC News.
