KA Research Companies has an accumulated experience in emerging countries and markets, and special expertise in dealing with different cultures in a variety of regions.

The management staff has been involved in several types of projects; including social and market research, opinion polling, project modeling, development and management, business alliances, multi-country project coordination, analysis, training, audit and observation tasks on behalf of the sponsors of the projects in more than 60 countries during the last 20 years.

Since 2002, the company has concentrated its activities on the countries of the Middle East, Africa, Eurasia, where it has formed a niche of expertise for itself. KA has the necessary local know-how and cultural sensitivity to access men and women of all age groups, religious denominations, ethnic backgrounds and so on in an exciting region of diversities, challenges and restrictions.

Accumulated Experience in wide variety of assignments

(2003 - … ) Establishment and management of the research and field companies across 18 Provinces of Iraq; to manage the research and information gathering programs of different clients

(2002 - …) Establishment and management of the CATI-Borderless Research Platform in Middle East and Africa Region - Multi-Language CATI Center in Turkey dedicated to the languages/dialects. The Center has conducted hundreds of projects on hard-hitting political, social and media polling and communication research.

(2005 - …) Establishment and management of the National Customer Satisfaction Index in Turkey (TCSI); in cooperation with Turkish Society for Quality (KalDer) and ACSI – University of Michigan and CFI Group

(1990-...) Establishment and management of research and consulting companies in Turkey, UK, Russia, Central Asia and Caucasus, Middle East and Africa; setting-up multi-national and multi-country project teams
